冯新磊，男，汉族，山东聊城人，1979年2月出生，中共党员，理学博士，副教授，四川省海外高层次人才，西华大学、聊城大学兼职硕导。2003年本科毕业于聊城大学数学与信息科学学院，获理学学士学位，2008年硕士毕业于聊城大学数学与信息科学学院，获理学硕士学位，2011年毕业于电子科技大学数学科学学院，获理学博士学位。2016年9月-2018年12月，在Georgia State University 做博士后研究。2012年至今，在乐山师范学院数理学院工作。

近年来，主要从事矩阵理论及其应用、组合矩阵论、多智能体系统一致性的研究，以第一作者先后在Linear Algebra and its Applications、Linear and Multilinear Algebra、Mathematical and Computer Modelling.、Mathematical Problems in Engineering、Journal of Computational Analysis and Applications、Discrete Mathematics、数学的实践与认识、山东大学学报（理学版）、河北大学学报（自然科学版）等国内外刊物上发表学术论文20余篇，其中发表SCI检索8篇，EI检索6篇。主持科研项目8项，其中主持完成教育厅重点和一般项目2项，参与多项各类科研项目，现为校学术骨干。

先后担任《概率论与数理统计》、《工程数学2》、《高等代数》、《线性代数》以及《微积分》等课程的教学工作。
